Markets Available on a Funded Account
Every River Valley Capital account trades the same core markets, whether you are on a 1-Step, 2-Step or Instant Funding programme.
- Forex - major, minor and cross currency pairs, the most traded market and the highest leverage on the platform.
- Gold (XAUUSD) - spot gold against the US dollar, the most popular metal for funded traders.
- Silver and other metals - additional precious and base metals quoted against the US dollar.
- Indices - major global stock indices, traded as cash or futures-style CFDs.

Leverage is set per market, not per account, so the same limits apply on every programme and account size.

Platforms and Conditions
You can trade every instrument on cTrader, DXtrade, MatchTrader or PropX, so you can pick the platform you know best. Expert advisors and algorithmic trading are allowed within the rules on prohibited trading practices.
Weekend holding is included on the 1-Step and 2-Step challenges and available as an add-on on Instant Funding, which matters if you trade instruments that gap over the weekend. There is no minimum number of trading days and no time limit on any programme, so you can trade these markets at your own pace.

What can I trade on a River Valley Capital account?
You can trade forex, gold, silver and other metals, major indices, oil and cryptocurrencies. The same markets are available on the 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant Funding programmes and on every platform.
What leverage does each market have?
Forex is up to 50:1, gold (XAUUSD), silver and other metals and indices are 5:1, oil is 1:1 and cryptocurrencies are 2:1. Leverage is set per market and is the same on every programme and account size.
Can I trade cryptocurrencies on a funded account?
Yes. Major cryptocurrencies are available alongside forex, metals, indices and oil, with leverage up to 2:1. They follow the same trading rules, daily loss limit and drawdown as every other market.
Where do I see the full list of symbols and spreads?

Can I use expert advisors on these instruments?
Yes. Expert advisors and algorithmic trading are allowed on all markets, provided you stay within the rules on prohibited trading practices, such as no latency, arbitrage or mass-account exploits.
Are the same instruments available on every programme?
Yes. The 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant Funding programmes all trade the same forex, metals, indices, oil and crypto markets with the same per-market leverage. The programmes differ on evaluation and drawdown, not on what you can trade.
