- Age: you must be at least 18, or the minimum legal age in your country if that is higher.
- Countries: River Valley Capital accepts traders from all countries except OFAC-listed ones. The firm may block any person, region or jurisdiction at its discretion.
- Your responsibility: you are responsible for checking that taking part is legal where you live. If you are unsure, take independent advice before you buy.
- Checkout: account purchase is available worldwide, subject to the above.
River Valley Capital does not actively market to the United States.
Who You Contract With
Assessments are run by Prop Account LLC, which receives the assessment fee and signs the Trader Agreement with you if you qualify. River Valley Capital is the trading name of Xaura Evaluation Limited, a London-based company that remains responsible for its claims and statements about the evaluations.
Challenge fees and add-ons are non-refundable, so read the trading rules before you buy.
Verification and First Steps
- Identity verification (KYC): required before your first withdrawal. On 1-Step and 2-Step it happens after you pass; on Instant Funding it is needed before your first payout.
- Trader Agreement: signed with Prop Account LLC when you qualify.
- Funded account: usually issued within 24 to 48 business hours once KYC and the agreement are done.
